You can sell the shares you buy anytime, just like you have been doing earlier, nothing changes.
Only change is, the profit you will incur from Intraday trades cannot be used until settled in T+2 days and for BTST, if you trade in F&O you can only use 60% of from the sell proceeds, if you don’t trade F&O you don’t have to worry about this as well.
