When should IPO allocation reflect in the portfolio?

I was allotted shares in the Paytm IPO (unfortunately). I applied through HDFC securities. The allotted shares are yet to reflect in my portfolio. As a result I was not able to sell my shares when they opened on the exchanges yesterday.

I will be thankful for any guidance/ solution regarding this issue.

The shares should reflect in your portfolio on listing day. Best to get in touch with support team at HDFC Securities.
