Are there any difference while ordering through zerodha and through Internet banking of Banks which supports online ? Because after allotment they will park those in the demat account only.

No difference in case you are using your DP ID to apply but if you the price will be higher by Rs 50 in case of physical format.

But applying here https://zerodha.com/gold/ is way easier in just a couple of clicks.
