Where can we find last traded day buy orders and sell orders quantity for a particular stock. I need data from 9:15 to 9:45

I believe you are asking about volume traded for a particular stock from 9.15 to 9.45. In this case any charting tool will give you volume panel below the price chart where traded volume is displayed for required interval.

Volume of 100 signify 100 shares are bought and 100 are sold. Both buy and sell coexist in volume and are not separate parameters.
