Where to contact for asba for ipo, as i have demat a/c in zerodha (il&fs)

AS icici bank says demant a/c holding in their icicibank can only go for asba, or else ask your broker. now whom should i contact as i am confused. I have demat a/c in zerodha(il&fs) and bank a/c in icicibank.
