Which is your long term holding that you held for years?

Would love to know if we have folks here who have held shares for long term .

  • what are the names of the stocks u held ?

  • how long have you been holding them?

  • what was your thought process when there was a period of underperformance market or stock wise?

Reliance/Larsen/SBI/Tata Steel → 6+ Years. I have always accumulated these shares when market under performed.

I had Rheinmetal for a couple of years, ABT from 2016 till early 2022.

I had VRTX for 4 years and BLK for 4 years

I am holding IOC since 2003. I bought 1000 shares for 25000 Rs. After 5 bonus issues, I now hold 18000.

I have held quality stocks over the years and I am quite happy with them.
Reliance Industries, Nifty 50, Hindustan Unilever, Infosys, TCS.
I have held them for more than 5 years now.
I did not think a lot. Any trader knows the importance of quality stocks over a long time. They grow exponentially and pay really well.

Actually, no trader wants to reveal this information in public. Holding stocks, on the other hand, is a good way to make more money in the stock market.
