I was just checking price for INFY 31 Dec call options. The price on searching in the web platform are very different from those on www1.nseindia.com.
Why is it? And which ones are accurate?
On NSE Option chain the price displayed is LTP (Last Traded Price), the final closing price changes after closing price of underlying in adjusted to Weighted Average Price of last 30 minutes by the exchange.
Taking an example of INFY 1140 CE:
On NSE Option Chain, you can see LTP is
39.7
If you click on LTP, it will open contract specifications for that strike on NSE.
Here you can see Closing price as 40.6, which matches with Kite and LTP 39.7, which is displayed on NSE Option Chain.
