Why can't I gift the stock after T+3 days

I bought 1 stock of LODHA to gift it to my friend, but in the gift stocks option I am getting - “You do not hold any stocks approved for gifting.”

Any idea about the one I bought (Listing 22 APR 2021). Is there any duration from listing date that a stock is approved?
