Why does PI not support keyboard keys for simple operations?

PI seems to not support the following operations using the computer keyboard:

  1. Place an after market order and hit enter. Nothing happens. It requires a mouse click to place the order.

  2. Up/down arrow keys do not work on the stop loss order trigger price. Ideally the up/down key should increase/decrease the price by one tick as it happens for the limit price.

Hmmm… ideally should work. Do you have any support ticket that you have raised with us for this? or if u can share ur client ID here, will get someone to call back and check.

  1. Copy (ctrl-C) and paste (ctrl-V) does not work on PI from limit price to trigger price for a stop loss order. Not sure if this is a feature or a bug. The NEST terminal does provide this copy=paste feature which along with the up/down arrow key for trigger price modification is very useful and makes order entry less error prone.

The above issues still remain open. When markets are moving fast you don’t want to be hitting fat finger errors. Up/down key and copy/paste not working on the trigger price should be fixed in my view for PI to remain the preferred platform for the day trader.
