Why is my Bajaj finance share bought in NSE showing BSE in my stock holdings?

if it’s any corporate action then the price would impact on both the exchanges (nse and bse) ; equally . If this is so then , why so much of difference in your example as below … ?

corporate action on Alok, there was a huge price differential between the exchanges, but many of our customers ended up selling on the exchange where the price was lower. Many of them complained to us later saying we should have alerted them.
