# Why there is no cart concept for Coin?

Why there is no cart concept for Coin? If I have 10 funds and want to make payment for all, I have to make 10 payments and there is no option of adding it to the cart and then paying it.
All apps have cart and it is very useful.

This feature would be really useful for users. As an alternative, here’s the workaround I currently follow on coin app for lump-sum orders:
1. Click on the Mutual Fund (MF), enter the amount, and then click Buy.
2. After clicking Buy, a confirmation screen appears. Click on Invest, and then it will show the Pay Now option.
3. Instead of proceeding with payment, click anywhere outside the screen and return to the home screen. On the top-left side, you’ll see a wallet icon click on it.
4. From there, you can view all your pending payments and make a bulk payment for up to 10 orders at once.
This is the method I use whenever I need to place multiple orders and settle them in bulk.

Yup. It is a very basic feature which all apps should provide. I am surprised Coin does not have it. It is tedious and time consuming to buy funds one by one…
Zerodha, can you please consider this basic feature request?

Does this still work ?
Yesterday did purchase of 2 funds- when I select both and pay via NetBanking, it was showing payment for one fund only . Only after completion of first ., second went through
ZERODHA , please so get the cart option asap on coin !

Yes this is a great feature and I also want this to be added in zerodha however there is an alternate option to do this as discussed by another person above that you can make 10 payments from card tab .
But the dedicated feature is also must for persons who don’t know that alternate thing.
Also one more thing is that there should also be an option that the mutual funds we already have in our portfolio we can add them to cart with single click I have seen this feature in dhan and I really liked it.
For example I have 4 mutual funds in my portfolio and I want to place lumpsum in the 4 in any ratio (like equal 25k each) rather than adding all 4 again again in cart I can just click one top up portfolio button and all 4 mutual fund I have in my portfolio automatically gets added in cart and I just have to set the price for each one to be invested.

it will show you pending payments for all the Funds but only after some time. Like in Payment GW page the price keeps updating let’s say like 10k, 20k, 30k…50k (assuming are trying to Buy 5 Funds of 10k each).
So I wait for 10 mins and then come back. I know it is weird but it works for me at least…there is some sort of Sync issue i think.

The pending payments page lets you complete multiple purchases at once. However, will have this checked.

Yes, after an initial attempt through the cashier, a subsequent payment attempt is blocked for 1 minute to prevent duplicate payments via UPI or Net banking.
In such a case, please try again after 1 minute for bulk payments.

sent you the client ID, but note that my MF transactions were ultimately successful.
to reproduce just try this:
1. add one mf , do not pay , skip
2. add 2nd MF, do not pay, skip
Look at pending payments asap, you would find probably only amount of transaction-1 in the payment Gateway not both.

I face the same problem every time, here is how to reproduce.
1. Add one mf for 1k , skip
2. Add 2nd mf for 1k, Skip
Go to pending payments, bulk select both and pay. Cashier says busy for 1 min, try again. it will only show only 1K. now again go to payments, and go in loop. May be after 4-5 iterations able to get 2k as payment sum and able to pay.

Thanks Arjun. Trying after 1-2 minutes for payment resolved the payment issue which i mentioned earlier.
