Will GST erases STT, STAMP DUTY, SWACH BHARAT CESS?

GST will come into picture from JULY 1 onwards. will it erases all taxes?

GST will not impact STT or Stamp Duty. They will continue as is. However, the service tax will be increased to 18% from the current 15%.

Can 18% service tax be deducted from Income tax?
