Would BUY Back profits appear in Zerodha TAX P&L Report

Hello,

I had participated in Infosys buy back in December 2017.

Would the profits appear in the TAX P&L report?

I checked today (April 6) and the TAX P&L report is not the latest updated. I do not know when would it be refreshed with FY 2017-18 data. So I was not sure if the BUY Back profits would appear in TAX P&L reports. Please advice. Thanks.

For the buyback, a reversal needs to be entered in the backend. If it is entered, it should show up on your P&L. If it hasn’t, then no. For Infy, it should have. If you aren’t seeing it, can you raise a ticket on support.zerodha.com

Hello Sir, Thank you for your kind reply. For Infy only the Long term shares are getting reflected. I had 92 shares bought back at the price of 1150. only 12 is reflecting in the Long term heading at a buy price of 1150. The rest is not to be seen in the report (not there in the short term heading as well). I have reached out to the support group.
