Zerodha customer support not offering any help

I have raised ticket to zerodha about my gold mf holding showing incorrect scheme which was merged in saving scheme by canara robeco amc. I wanted to redeem the units.
Its 11days past since the day I raised ticket. I got responses like it will be resolved within 48 hours.( This was the comment made on day 2)
I Have been following up with them, and at this point in time feel utterly frustrated.
What are my options ?
