Zerodha PI Scanner issue

The PI scanner was working fine this morning. However, after I restarted PI, it stopped working completely.
That is, it neither loads existing scanners nor allows me to create a new scanner. I have tried the following steps but it hasn’t helped:

  1. Restart PI
  2. Restart Laptop
  3. Change the Internet connection from broadband to 3G

I would like to bring this to the attention Zerodha and @NithinKamath @nithin so the platform concerns can be looked into on priority basis as I have been facing a lot of down-time due to Pi issues. I love PI and tradescript too much to explore other options as of now!

Got a mail from tech support that the issue has been resolved, and have confirmed it from my side… Appreciate the quick turnaround!
