Did you mean, to trade the same contract multiple times? Or total trades in a month??
U can trade as many times in a month. If particular to any 1 contract u can trade as per capital. U need to look on other things which option u r trading, option expiry, volatility.

Until You get to know basic things don’t trade with real money. Otherwise you will regret.
