List of Margin requirement of all FNO stocks and lot sizes

Hi,
I am trying to build a tool around my F&O trading. I need the list of margin requirement per scrip (approx will do) for ATM strikes. The margin calculator has exactly what i need, but I need to crawl for every scrip. Is there a daily csv/xls somewhere on NSE website or at zerodha that i can download every day? Or can i simply use some percentage of the stock price * lot size?

What is CO UPPER and CO LOWER in the txt file?

Your stoploss should be within Upper & Lower % w.r.t to current market price.

Say LTP is 458
and CO Upper is 6 & Lower is 5

Then your buy entry stoploss should be within
458 - 435.1

Your sell entry stoploss should be within
458 - 485.5

CO upper limit is the max stop loss % you can enter the value while placing the order & CO LOWER is the minimum contract value is required to the trade.

Thanks for the information. Where can I get the BO/CO margin requirement for FNO stocks or is there any way to calculate it using MIS margin?

You can get this from the Margin calculator. The BO/CO margin requirement presently is 2.45% of the contract value and can be changed at the discretion of the RMS team. Check out this article.

Thanks! Is it the same 2.45 percent of the contract value for all stocks or does it vary from stock to stock based on parameters like MWPL?

Typically its 2.45%. However, its more for certain volatile stocks. For ex - DHFL, YESBANK, PCJ.

The RMS team monitors scrips and makes changes whenever necessary.
