Yes, however they were executed at different points of time (5 minutes apart or so).
I’m assuming you’re looking at it from the point of view that this is possible when you enter at different times. (didn’t think of it from that perspective while posting, but it still amounts to the same thing. Hold or Exit and re-enter)
I am not sure what the strategy here is but remember that expiry is in just a few more days and options tend to lose value rather steeply. So, protect your profits while you can.

I dont think you will get any more profit if u keep holding this , both will will decay due to expiry.
