Pledging for commodities

Will pledging be introduced for commodities now that they are in single ledger?

Can someone from Zerodha help me understand what the process is like? Why is pledging not there for commodities? Any restrictions from CCIL?

This will take sometime but yes eventually we will allow for commodities also.
