They give a buy price which is previous day's close price but market opens at higher

Many analyst on tv particularly cnbc awaz 20 20 suggest buy price …which is previous day close price but when market opens its higher …so is there any solution to buy at previous day’s close?

Or in other words is there any way we can follow their tips? because if we buy after gap up opening …risk reward is not attractive or sometimes we make loss …because after gap up …usually price comes down and many times does not go back up

If it comes down usually then short it at that levels.
