I have some stocks in my demat with Unicon securities, happened to see this link on another forum that says that Unicon has been banned from stock markets. What happens to my stocks now?

I think firstly you need to try transferring shares using the DP slip, if it gets rejected then complain to your depository, exchange and SEBI, that way it is atleast on record. Best of luck with this.
