Sir I have 7 lac gross salary, few thousands salaries arrear, short term equity trade and Intra day trade earning , which ITR vl b suitable kindly explain to me

I have long term capital gains (exceeds Rs 50L) and some short term capital loss. I want to file CG as investment income. I want to know whether I need a tax audit?

For capital Gain Tax audit is not required
