I want to find stocks where the 1st 15 minute candle is Mother Candle and all the rest of the days candle are inside the 1st candle.
How to do this in Free Scanner?

The scanner will generate results when all the 15-minute candles of the day are inside the range of the first 15-minute candle of the day.
