Damn! I would be interested to know what happens next! Will the higher court reject appeal or take case. Will kotak’s unjust demand win?
Ideally both losses and wins should be adjusted in cases like this across clients.
Most traders will probably agree to that before any incident ( obviously not after if in profits) if done in a fair way and only for excess gains and losses that wouldn’t have happened if things were working correctly.
Guy saw 40 cr glitch and decided to use it, wow! If I see 40 cr extra margin, I’d probably stop trading and call CC
