Could some one help me to create scan in PI for intra-day strategy where

Buy when price is crossed high of first 15 min candle.
Sell when price is crossed low of first 15 min candle.

in pi scanner works based on LTP ticks, Alternatively, you can try advanced scanners of streak for which coding skills are not required
login to streak.zerodha.com and check those conditions by creating a scanner.
