Hi all
Now that we have almost 200 stocks stuck in ESM Stage 2 a company is finally taking SEBI to the SAT tribunal. Would love to hear your thoughts on this

I agree with point “Putting a stock in ESM is like putting it in jail,” if really something going wrong with company then they should take action and do favour to investors by recover and settle investors. No use putting stock in idle state. Actually this is hard for who is already invested.

Agree on that, SEBI has made some frustrating changes.
