Probably every one is thinking is that 26% Tariff on India is not so bad , by my opinion is that , the recession in USA will hurt Indian IT sector more , Probably American’s Intention of reviving their Manufacturing base will work out , till then most of the world economics has to work out with the messed up system . and i think Indian stock market condition will like in 2000 to 2003 :slightly_smiling_face:

Too much drama:

President Trump is considering a 90-day pause on tariffs for ALL countries except for China.

Later. :frowning:

BREAKING: CNBC is reporting that headlines of President Trump considering a tariff pause are FALSE.

I bet trump is just having fun now nothing to do with economy or maga dream

This is the guy, who chose to sell some useless meme coins to his people after winning the elections.
What can anyone expect.

US in recession ( if it happens) may not be bad for India longer term perhaps, dunno. 2000 decade was flat for us markets, and great for India.

People saw trends on X, jumped in, and watched their money vanish faster than the hype.

TRUMP Memecoin Slides 90% From Highs With No Recovery Momentum Yet

Launched ahead of U.S. President Donald Trump’s inauguration in January, TRUMP has plunged nearly ten times from its all-time high.
On Jan. 19, the TRUMP memecoin price reached a peak of $73.43. Today, it’s down to just $7.73

Donald Trump’s eponymous meme coin is worth less than ever in the wake of his tariffs finally being launched.

it was only launched about 10 weeks ago ahead of the real estate scion being sworn in for a second time.

Obviously, there are far bigger concerns afoot than the president’s shitcoin tanking — but you have to admit that it’s pretty hilarious that it’s happening this way.

Still, the debacle illustrates that Trump’s nonsensical trade war isn’t just hurting the entire global economy, which has essentially been lit on fire by the tariffs, but even his own business interests.

I mean, the warning signs :stop_sign: are right there, in the very definition of these Meme coins(Shitcoin).

A meme coin is a cryptocurrency that originated from an internet meme or has some other humorous characteristic. The term is sometimes used interchangeably with the term shitcoin, which typically refers to a cryptocurrency with little to no value, authenticity, or utility.

While some of our politicians are scheming hard to loot, Trump just trumped them, by launching a Meme coin and doing it in plain sight.

He is not just profiting from selling :poop::coin:, he is making millions out of their trading too.

Trump’s meme coin made nearly $100 million in trading fees, as small traders lost money.

One of the entities behind the crypto coin is a company owned by Trump, called CIC Digital. The official website for $Trump says CIC Digital will “receive trading revenue derived from trading activities”

IMO, Nothing is going to affect China.

They will keep retaliating.

The US needs China, more than how much China needs the US.

China’s exports to the US are 3x its imports from the US.

Chinese goods will still find its way to the US, under a different country of origin tag, probably a country having a lower tariff rate.

China engages in indirect exports, where goods or materials produced in China are exported through another country or territory, such as Hong Kong or Vietnam, before reaching their final destination

PS:

Irrespective of how powerful your country might be, you never disrespect other world leaders, Trump will learn his lesson.

He said, “I’m telling you- these countries are calling us up, kissing my a**. They are dying to make a deal- ‘please sir make a deal, I’ll do anything, I’ll do anything sir’”…

Completely agree. Turning serious diplomacy into a joke isn’t exactly a great look for any country.

This was actually true.

CNBC was actually right, probably someone leaked it or whatever.

They just held off this announcement probably because China’s retaliation surprised them.
