3.15 candle missing from f&o stocks

Hi,

Zerodha 3.15 candle missing from f&o stocks. It is not available on your platform. Rest have it. Are you going to provide it?

This is still in the early days of the Closing Auction Session (CAS). For CAS stocks, continuous trading ends at 3:15 PM, so we stop updating the charts at that point.

We explored other approaches, but adding the closing price to the last candle or showing a gap until 3:30 PM makes the charts and indicators look inaccurate.

We’ll continue to monitor this over the next few sessions and see if there’s a better way to display it.
