3 in 1 account with IDFC has charges for delivery trade? or all charges are like normal account?
and Before few years 3 in 1 account like just quick fund transfer but not I look into it to map another account like that but it shows as Blocking, both are same? can you help on this please
@siva
Hi @Ravi_Shankar , the earlier 3-in-1 setup with IDFC allowed one click fund transfers and had a few other advantages. Due to some changes at the bank’s end, we had to stop accepting requests for this.
However, the current 3-in-1 account with the blocking facility is different and follows a separate set of charges. You can find the charges details here.
Can you give comparison to old and new 3 in 1 blocking so I can make decision? please advice @nithin_kumrr
@Ravi_Shankar The earlier 3 in 1 offering is no longer available. It had the same brokerage as an individual account. You can refer to the charges here.
If comparing charges, a regular resident individual account has a lower brokerage.
one more clarification, I have one old account which is 3 in account with IDFC, so that charges are remain as normal or that account also have chance to make charges in Delivery trade?
Hi @Ravi_Shankar , your existing 3-in-1 account with IDFC will continue as it is, and the charges will remain the same as applicable for resident individual accounts with zero brokerage on delivery trades.
I too hold a 3 in 1 account.
To get 3 in instant fund transfer if I push bank is any possibility to get as like older one?
without charges for Delivery trade and account as normal resident ? @nithin_kumrr
Hi @Ravi_Shankar , the branch won’t be able to assist with the 3-in-1 setup. It has to do with their internal team, and the changes have been pending for a while. That said, UPI transfers are still a convenient alternative.
