Hi @zerodha i am zerodha customer from 2020 earier when ever we call support team we have a option for local language like kannada but now only english & hindi( which i dont know anything) from past 3 years i keep on asking support team to put an option so that we can directly talk to the one who known my language but they havent implemented this yet sad to see that zerodha founders are from my city & they also knows kannada very well but why cant they put this option? not only kannada but also tamil,telgu n all
We had this option before, but Interaction of other language were very few and In order to reduce the wait times on the IVR, we streamlined the IVR process and made it short.
That being said, Whenever a customer requests support in a specific language, we make it a priority to arrange a callback from a representative who is fluent in that language. This way, we can ensure that you receive the assistance you need in a language that you are comfortable with.
