About sentinel alert

Hey! can anybody plz tell what is the real difference between ‘Day Change Percentage’ and ‘Intraday Change Percentage’.

Both are same
It is the percentage of change in that particular day

Thanks for the reply.
But I got to say that I tried creating alert with both keywords for the same ticker for the same value. And sometimes one of it triggers and other doesn’t. So I think there is got to be some difference but I couldn’t quite know what that difference is.

If stock opens gap up or down but doesn’t move much after that, day change percent will be more than intraday change percent. Day change % is calculated by taking previous close in consideration while intraday change is calculated by taking current day’s open in consideration.

Day change is comparing with previous working day. Intraday is comparing within same day.
