what does it indiacte if my withdrawl money is showing in negative. Do i have to pay that amount to zerodha ?

I’m experiencing this issue on my kite app trading view on my iPad on Changing Time frame , Indicators, Tools … it’s working when I open the app but not after 1 min … buy / sell option still working … I have deleted the app and reinstalled a few times , still the problem hasn’t been fixed… it’s working well on browser , chartiQ is working but it’s not user friendly… anyone know how to fix this issue ? Plz do help
