Account in myCAMS

Hi,

I have always invested through Coin app so far. I only recently learnt about myCAMS and thought of checking my investments there.

When I tried to register it said that your account already exists (it is possible that I may have logged in earlier at some point). And when I tried to reset the password, it asks for mobile. I entered my mobile number and it says that does matvc with their records.

I haven’t had a different number in over a decade. Why might this be happening?

Check at MFCentral. It’s a common platform developed by CAMS & KFintech RTAs. You will be able to see the current value of your mutual fund investments under ‘Demat holdings’ at MFCentral.
