I find a transaction in Bank statement as " ach/bd bse limited "

Can someone explain about this auto debit?

Do you a mutual fund SIP setup ? I saw this in my statement recently and it was the SIP amount debited.

Mine also 5000 deducted on 11th April 2023.can someone explain me how to refund it please.
