Adani Group-Hindenburg research Report :False allegation, Hidden agenda or Truth?

warren buffet is married.
ratan tata does not matter, he is not your typical billionaire family, he was adopted, and guiding principles for running tata companies & what to do with profit came from tata sons (which is a charity & owns all tata companies), not from ratan tata.

so your reply is not well thought & not well researched

All allegation by Hindenburg are true. Many kind of manipulation is going on. All agencies are with him due to Gov support. One day this bubble will burst. Only those are supporting who bought at higher rate with hope to recover the loss, otherwise everybody is aware the situations.

thanks for correcting, but there are many people who are single & want to earn more money, & nothing wrong in it. we can replace warren buffet name with Ramdev baba, acharya balkrinsha etc…
My point is that ,family & will of earning money is not correlated.
(I’m not claiming that he is corrupt, claiming anything on the base of family size, eating habit, religion/religious faith is wrong, thats it).

I don’t think anyone with half a brain, if he applies that brain, can come to a conclusion that only married people need/want money. People find crazy ways to confirm whatever they want to believe.

Not saying anything about Adani/modi/hindenburg/soros/usa/russia/blablabla. Nahi pata humko.

Foreign firm will continue to short as they have found a weak link .Only our index were up last year when entire world was down,

JPC should have been set up to make everything clear.

Govt staying silent , giving sealed envelopes to SC , diverting issues to nationalism makes everyone think there is something wrong with group as a result we see the constant hammering .

Even when they see there are issues with Adani stocks SEBI is still adding them to index where large people with no knowledge about market invest

It could have been added after everything was sorted out but no. Its a clear indication someone is trying to save the group

Kindly dont invent your own rules/laws.
Laws are based on the Legal principle of presumption of innocence

Index inclusion/exclusion is not discretionary.

Even MSCI inspite of shuffling some weightage has retained some in their indices and will look it up in next review.

USD went up sharply against INR. That alone covers some of the drawdown. And US market was strong against others for almost a decade, so by that logic they should be shorting US markets even more. Shorters take risk too and they are likely good for price discovery. If Indian markets are badly priced, not saying that they are, they should go down. People will then be able to buy at fair price.

So much noise after this adani episode. Lots of conspiracy theories both by for and against people. Whatever will happen will happen, most people should not really be bothered by it.
Also not saying adani are clean etc, there is probably something there else these kind of news gets absorbed quickly. Perhaps just that price was too high. And Adani != India.

No one is inventing anything a simple commonsense applies.
And MSCI hasnt retained anything , they were unable to balance as all stocks were locked in circuit limits

Next hammer by FTSE

Why drag SEBI here?
An index is formed by the Exchange. Also there is a methodology followed in selecting a stock in the index. This is available in the Exchange Website.

Because that’s a another conspiracy theory. I don’t know what to believe here, it maybe true or not. One thing I understood scrolling up this thread is “if you are old unmarried and rich with insane power , not having any kids, you are less likely to commit white paper crime because your will of earning more money will be less” :stuck_out_tongue:

i came across , don;t know reliability of that web site , if it is correct , Hidenburg Report is an Hidden agenda , after all man behind the report is an Israeli American ,
Obliviously they don;t want like Richest Indians

SEBI has to be dragged into the matter, its because the ASM framework that they have used to protect the shares from speculation is against their own rules.

“Any scrip that has FnO active cannot be brought under the ASM framework” I have read it in their research analyst study material NISM

Anyone who is following this matter, can correct me if i am wrong, or if SEBI has issued a circular correcting their rule.

But has it got anything to do with index ? I am not sure.
I was of the opinion that index is formed by the exchange.

nothing to do with the index directly.

indirectly yes - because the huge moves, instability & volatility will cause the scrip to be FnO ban, reduce the % margin in collateral & yes removal from index.

whether that was manipulated? i dont know

The causality dilemma or cause and effect dilemma : The ‘causality dilemma’ of “which came first, the chicken or the egg?” To ancient philosophers, the question about the first chicken or egg also ignited the question(s) of how life and the universe began in general.

I call it the “Protein Paradox”

I got curious after reading the occrp report and was compelled to look into the charts of the Adani group stocks. Personally I dont own any of these shares nor taken any futures/options trade for/against.

The growth rate they have had is humongous ~ 34077%, pretty sure it would have been a wealth creator for many of its early stage investors. Is it really a reflection of India’s growth story?

And are these valuations really sustainable?

When I was introduced Economics as a subject for the first time in Class 9, I was taught that Sensex is the barometer of Indian economy. So by that logic, we need to check Sensex to find out about India’s growth instead of Adani.

That’s incorrect. Sensex or Nifty only represent health of India’s listed companies. There’s a big economy outside.

Supreme court verdict today. stoks alrdy zoomin

good news already accepted by mrkts in price? wat if there is negetive outcome
