The company has forfeited the shares (ie. the shares are now worthless, and wonāt trade on exchanges anymore) for which call payment wasnāt made. You can check the announcement from the company here.
Hi Shubh, One question. I was entitled for 77 ABFRL rights issue as i has around 456 ABFRL shares.
I applied for more rights issue and got 1591 ABFRL rights issue and for that i have completed all three payments 55, 27.5 and 27.5 latest one. My question is what will happen after 19th July(Cut OFF date). What will happen to my 1591 ABFRL RIghts shares , will it be available again for trading or it will be merged with ABFRL. If i check mail from ABFRL i see this

As all the call payments have been made, the shares will now be fully paid and will trade under same symbol as the fully paid ABFRL shares.
The ISIN youāve mentioned is for the fully-paid shares.

I have 77 rights issues and 77 shares got credited into Demat account.
But as per issue details i am supposed to get 86 shares (9+77) right?
Can someone clarify this ?

The company issued 9 REs (Rights Entitlements) for every 77 shares held. This was when the company issued REās in July 2020.
This will be the number of rights shares you applied for and held. You would have made call payment for this many shares and same have been credited to your account.

I missed the First Call money and was told that is now forfeited. I got a mail in September that the company has decided that people could pay there first call and final call with some interest amount. I have already paid it (decision should be done on 31st september) and now waiting for the shares to be credited. Does someone know how much time they will take to credit the shares??

Rights Entitlement (REs) are temporarily tradable securities, which you can use to apply for the rights shares. The REs will lapse and you will lose the premium paid to acquire them if you donāt sell or apply for the rights shares. More details here.
Once the REs stop trading in the exchanges, these will not show up in your holdings on Kite, you can see them on Console holdings.
