Explained above:

Update: Aditya Birla Fashions has fixed January 8, 2021 as record date for the purpose of ascertaining the holders of partly paid-up equity shares to whom the first call notice would be sent. You can check announcement from the company here .

As a result, the Partly Paid shares of Aditya Birla Fashions will temporarily stop trading on exchanges until further notice.

Thank You Shubh.
Should i consider that after 8th Jan, these shares will reappear in the account?

Even today also (8th Jan), i didnt get the shared listed in my account :frowning:

The party paid shares you were holding have been suspended from trading, you will be sent a notice to make first call payment, you can make this from January 15th to January 29th, once the payment window closes you will be alloted partly paid shares to the extent of paid-up value under a new ISIN in 2 to 3 weeks time from January 29th.

what is this ?
how do i have to make the payment ? do i have to make neft/online transfer to the company’s bank account ?

You can make payment via Netbanking ASBA, Physical ASBA or Cheque/Demand Draft.

More details will be available in the notice the company will send to the shareholders on 11th January.

@Saravanan_M @VivekP … During 15 to 29 January you can pay first call money by(1) Online ASBA or(2) Physical ASBA or (3) if you are using the 3 in online trading -demat -bank account provided by some brokers or (4) Cheque / Demand draft payment at the collection centers . the company has arranged collection centers in around 20 towns of India.

@ShubhS9 is ASBA facility open in SBI? Because I’m unable to see any option in ASBA IPO Equity/Rights.

Looks like it isn’t yet open.

Has the asba facility started in HDFC

is it open in SBI asba? I am not able to see it in IPO equity/rights section.

SBI ASBA not showing ABFRL rights. Is SBI alone has this issue ? Do anyone knows when will it show under ASBA option for SBI.

Looks like SBI hasn’t made the service available to make payment for partly paid shares of ABFRL, you can also make payment using Physical ASBA or Cheque/Demand Draft. You can get more details here.

Looks like HDFC Bank too hasn’t made the service available for making payment for partly paid shares of ABFRL, you can also make payment using Physical ASBA or Cheque/Demand Draft. You can get more details here.

Thanks shubhs9, also kotak mahindra has not enabled the option

Members please dont call the customer care of kotak and hdfc and waste your time there’s no one with basic knowledge of this first call notice or even this rights issue
