After selling stocks bought through MTF, will the funds be available for trading again on the same day?

Hi Zerodha Users,

I have a question related to Margin Trading Facility (MTF).

If I sell stocks that were purchased through MTF, will the funds be available for trading again on the same day.

I’m trying to understand whether the sell proceeds from MTF can be reused immediately for another trade, or if there’s a waiting period involved.

Would appreciate clarification from anyone who has experience with this. Thanks in advance!

After selling a MTF position the sell proceeds will be available on the next day for further trades. FAQs on Margin Trading Facility – Zerodha.
