I received dividends from three companies, as shown in zerodha’s tax report, but when I went to file ITR, the AIS and TIS pdf only showed dividends from two companies, and completely missing the third company.

AIS is not updated on real time basis. It might take some time to update.
We recommend you to file ITR taking into consideration the actual income you have earned and received.
