Alphanumeric account number not supported by HDFC BAnk

Hi All,

I was planning to make payment for investments in coin by using NEFT or RTGS Transaction, Coin portal gave me a account number (With Alpha numeric account number)) to which I am supposed to transfer money…

But when I try to add the payee with Alpha numeric account number in HDFC bank it says enter valid numeric account number!! how do we get a numeric account number to do investment using RTGS transaction?
