They simply acknowledge, saying, we will revert back…
On the next day, we will receive one mail, stating, the service request is resolved & is CLOSED.
Again, after a few more minu, there will be one more email, asking for feedback.
There is no response to the Service request on the app/ on their website / on email - for our queries/ Service requests raised.
