I haven’t filed IT neither showed losses( Around 20 lakhs). What are the consequences? And now need to form a Business, Confused with LLP or Partnership with 3 members. Its a big mess cant write everything here. Need a contact.

damn…thats a real mess. we all were keeping a track on last date of filing for ITR. But i think u still have chance to file it and carry forward ur losses. if im not wrng the last date for tax audit based returns is in february
