Close prices are changed in Zerodha…charts showing correct price…

Please don’t ask this type of question here or make any complaint. This thread will be deleted and
@Bhuvan will suggest you to lodge a complaint and generate a ticket on [email protected] which will be unaddressed for many days may be for decades or centuries.
Recently I asked a question here (tradingqna) and in reply, @Bhuvan asked me to generate a ticket on [email protected]. I generated a ticket, it’s a fifth-day but no answer so far.
Very poor customer support from zerodha

Noo customer care is superb now . I had issie during account opening bit they solved it soon n then they respond always to mails . Yup phone lines r bisy bit mails are working great . You should mail them .

There was exchange mock trading on saturday. We had some testing of the platform to do. So the prices that marketwatch shows is the price on the mock trading day.
We usually dont’ let Kite tick on these days, but we had to last weekend as we had to test something out. Hence the LTP prices on marketwatch and holdings/positions will be as per the mock trading prices on saturday.

LTP price will automatically correct once market opens.

Okay Sir…
In cnc trading , balances and profits are never accurate and never on time . Tiday also after gaining profit in cnc it started showing it in position in (-) minus number of shares and not showing porfit balance in P/L . Only percent . And in balance also it was showing it in negative !!!
Really don’t knowm what is happening in cnc . At 3pm not oly they square offed bo , co n fo but cnc was also effected in balance … Fed up off in 10 days !!!
