I have been using NSE and BSE corporate announcement data for algo trading. This data I read from these two sites from webpage. Many times I observed that news updated on the website is delayed. Big players are already buying it at lower price and before 30- 60 sec when news released on site. There is defiantly some fraud being done by these companies . Big players are getting it before it is released for general public. I then started exploring who are the data vendors and contacted them for giving this data through API. To my surprise no one was ready to give this data to retail traders first and one of the international vendor is charging around $ 2600 per annum. Its such a sad situation that in India for retailer nothing is available easily. Any thoughts or suggestion?
