Applicability of 40 rupees per Order

Suppose i have 4 lakhs cash component pledged margin, and 5 lakhs equity component pledged margin available, which comes to a total of 9 lakhs.
If I execute F&O orders which utilize entire 9 lakhs Margin, then there is a debit and 40 rupees brokerage is charged.

But if I execute orders which require a margin of only 8 lakhs, out of which 4 Lakhs or 50% is covered by cash component and the rest 50% is covered by equity component, So will I still be charged 40 rupees per order as brokerage in this case?

No in this 2nd case, as 50% cash component rule is satisfied.
