What if I apply IPO in another category for which I don’t deserve legally ie for Employee category (though Im not an employee of that company)?

I know It was a silly question but still, Im wondering how the management company will come to know whether I’m an employee or not?
Simple, Employee Have Employee ID and Their PAN Card is Attached with the Company Employee Details that Differentiate from Common People.
Is there an option to apply as an employee from the regular netbanking ASBA portal?
