Applying for IPO with different bank account

My zerodha demat account is linked to my IDFC first bank account which is not a SCSB bank , so i will not be able to apply for an IPO using that account. However, i also have an IndusInd bank account which is a SCSB bank. Now , will i be be able to apply for an IPO by giving my zerodha demat account number and my indusind bank upi id , even though my indusind bank account is not linked to my zerodha demat account.

Hello, yes you can apply from your indusind bank ASBA portal it’s not necessary that the bank must have linked to Zerodha.

Enter the Demat account number you have with zerodha.

DP ID means first 8 digits of your demat number and Client ID is remaining 8. So fill it accordingly.

Hope it helps you! :grinning:
