I didn’t notice much earlier, but it seems funds are blocked for each SL or tgt MIS orders.
yes, as order flown to exchange your funds are blocked. You can use GTT, in GTT your funds are not blocked as order is not flown to exchange, will only flown to exchange once your price hit. In high volatile case , SL oreder may skip in GTT as your order will be send the moment it hit your price while normal order ( with fund blocked ) are already at exchange giving you the priority
