Are there any charges on Direct MF SIP every month?

If I have direct MF SIP every month of amount 5000, the amount payable by me would be just 5000 or would it be 5000 + some charges?

No separate charges as SIP on Coin. The only thing you pay to use Coin is the Rs 50 per month after you exceed the first 25000 of investment.

If I buy stocks of worth 5000, with the charges it would be 5000+X, though Zerodha is not charging this X. Similarly though Coin doesn’t have any charge on SIP amount, are there any transaction charges on SIP amount?

Unlike buying stocks where there is exchange transaction charges, STT, Stamp duty, etc there is nothing such when buying direct mutual funds.
