If you want to work with zerodha pi , i suggest you laptop/pc will be better option . as it is very good and as it is recommended. ( you can install pi in any windows based os),

I asked this question because need mobile chart on Tablet with Sim card. CAIN signature black (or Cain 8) has all this. Am not sure of their WIn 8.1 I guess its full win version to run PI. Can you confirm?
